Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If paying by cheque please make payable to Quadroplay U.K. Ltd.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All orders are shipped with DPD or ROYAL MAIL ensuring a fast, safe and secure delivery.
For orders up to £19.99 delivery is £4.95
For orders from to £20 to £49.99 delivery is £7.95
For orders over £50 delivery £9.95
A supplement may apply for any deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly and Channel Islands. We will be happy to quote the best rates we can obtain on an individual order basis.
Please ensure somebody is available to sign for the delivery.
At present we only ship within the UK for overseas orders please email us with your requirements.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . If we have any problems we will contact you to advise. If you need your order to be delivered earlier please contact us to make alternative arrangements.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20.00% VAT is added. This is included in all displayed prices

If your order was delivered to you damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery receipt. To contact us please call +44(0)1904 489 057or email email@example.com. If you are returning a product that quadroplay.co.uk sent to you in error we will pay the return-shipping cost up to the original cost of postage.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you have a fourteen day cooling off period under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.

Goods can be returned for a full refund providing they are received in ‘as new’ condition as per Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
